Across the Universe
When young dockworker Jude leaves Liverpool to find his estranged father in America, he is swept up by the waves of change that are re-shaping the nation. Jude falls in love with Lucy, a rich but sheltered American girl who joins the growing anti-war movement in New York’s Greenwich Village. As the body count in Vietnam rises, political tensions at home spiral out of control and the star-crossed lovers find themselves in a psychedelic world gone mad.

I’ve seen this whole movie again this month and this movie is really cool. Across the Universe is by far the best online movie production I’ve ever seen. I know it gets a lot of stick for being the mainstream popular movie, but honestly I can not think of anything wrong with the movie online.
It is a movie that truly knows what it is and wastes not even a second in conveying what that is. The story is really solid, the pacing is great, and all of the actors give great performances. It’s taken me multiple rewatches and a lot of hours on the wiki to understand everything.
This director is great. With Across the Universe online he seems to be setting himself some kind of a test – how far over the top can he go? There is no better place in web for movies than YesMovies so I added full movie Across the Universe here :), you can watch this movie online for free now.
